The Cottage at Tabuenca

The Cottage at Tabuenca is a non-medical residential care home which does not include routinely provided skilled nursing care.

Lodging
Meal Services: Three (3) nutritious meals daily and three (3) snacks between meals. (Special diets accommodated if needed.)
Laundry Services: Clothing, bed and bath linens will be laundered three (3) times a week or more often as needed.
Cleaning of resident's room daily.
Weekly linen changes or more often if needed.
Assistance with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, continence, transferring from bed to chair, and other personal needs).
Assistance with taking prescribed medication in accordance with physician's instructions.
Assist families with resident's medical & dental appointments and provide round trip transportation for up to three (3) visits/month.
Continuous observation, care, supervision, and nurturing as required.
Notification to family, physician, and reliable parties in regards to residents needs.
Physical Therapist (3) times/month for range and motion exercises .

Transportation (exceeding three (3) visits/month to and from medical and dental appointments).
Beauty and/or Barber
Incontinence
Rx Services/Delivery
Podiatry Care (Foot)

Fees for all optional services will be billed in arrears and due with the monthly basic fee.

The Cottage at Tabuenca offers staff service twenty four hours, seven days a week.
